About the Company
A Bristol-based charity fundraising call centre is expanding and seeking passionate individuals to join their remote team as Charity Fundraisers / Telesales Advisors.
About the Role

Responsibilities
- Recent outbound telesales, call handling, or fundraising experience.
- A modern Windows computer or laptop, USB headset with microphone, and stable broadband (minimum upload speed 8 Mbps, download speed 25 Mbps).
- Good communication and data entry skills.
- Passion for supporting charitable causes.
Pay range and compensation package
- £12.35/hr base rate, rising to £12.70/hr and then £13.05/hr based on consistent target achievement.
- £17.50 bonus per sign-up beyond the weekly target.
- Hitting 15 sign-ups/week adds £2/hr to base rate.
