Medical Records Administrator

One of our clients is looking for a Medical Records Administrator to help maintain accurate patient records and support the smooth running of healthcare administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, detail-focused and interested in supporting healthcare services from home.

Previous healthcare experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates with backgrounds in administration, data entry, records management or customer service are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain electronic medical records accurately
• Enter patient information into databases and internal systems
• Check documents and records for missing or incorrect information
• Organise digital files and process medical documentation
• Respond to routine record-related enquiries
• Support information requests and general administrative tasks
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow data protection procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational and time-management skills
• Confidence using computers, databases and Microsoft Office
• Professional communication and a responsible approach to confidential information
• Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks
• Experience in medical records, healthcare administration, data entry or office support is useful but not essential

Working Arrangements

• Fully remote within the UK
• Full-time or part-time opportunities
• Salary: £25,000–£30,000 pro rata, depending on experience and hours
• Training and support available for suitable candidates
