- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Advertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and CRM systems.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
Confident using online platforms and Microsoft Office. Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, administration, or recruitment experience is advantageous. No recruitment experience required – full training provided.
