About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing London team. As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in identifying top talent, supporting recruitment campaigns, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate conversations.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Advertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and CRM systems.
- Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Confident using online platforms and Microsoft Office.
- Positive, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues.
- Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, administration, or recruitment experience is advantageous.
- No recruitment experience required – full training provided.
