About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing London team. Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate conversations.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
  • Advertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and CRM systems.
  • Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience.
