About the Role
Whilst others might call you delivery drivers, here at Ocado Logistics our Customer Service Team Members play a vital role, delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner. You’ll be out on the road whatever the weather, but you’ll never have to fight over the radio station, and you can sing along as loud as you like!
Responsibilities
- Delivering top quality products on time and in an efficient manner.
- Using automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van.
- Working evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays.
- Receiving paid breaks, meaning for every minute at work you get paid.
- Handling deliveries that may involve alcohol products.
Qualifications
- Full UK or EU driving licence.
- Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
- Maximum of 6 penalty points.
- No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
- Must be over 18 to apply.
Required Skills

- Positive attitude.
- No previous experience needed; training will be provided.
Pay range and compensation package
- Average salary of £30,100 per annum.
- Hourly Pay Rates:
- Monday to Saturday (Basic Rate) £13.89
- Evening Premium (from 6pm) £15.01
- Sunday Day Premium £15.28
- Sunday Evening Premium £16.51
- Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift) £17.36
- Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift) £18.48
