The Role

  • Lead a team of Field Sales Consultants, managing sales targets and KPIs across your region
  • Drive business growth through account management, customer retention, and new business acquisition
  • Coach and develop your team, ensuring continuous improvement and high performance
  • Spend at least 70% of your time in the field, ensuring you’re hands-on and directly involved in driving sales
  • Strategize and execute a clear business plan with SMART goals to achieve sales targets
  • Build relationships with clients, establishing trust and offering consultative solutions for construction, automotive, and industrial needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in leading, managing, and motivating sales teams
  • A track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment (ideally construction or automotive)
  • Strong consultative sales skills and the ability to create new business opportunities
  • A flexible, results-driven attitude with the ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and coaching skills
  • A full UK driving license and willingness to travel across London, Southampton, and Northampton
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools

  • £33,825 – £60,000 basic salary with OTE of £50,000 – £60,000
