We’re looking for a hands‑on Social Media Coordinator to help create high‑quality content across ZOE’s Organic Social channels. This is a craft‑focused role for someone who enjoys turning complex ideas into value‑led content through filming, editing, writing, and publishing work that is clear, credible, and educational to our audience of 3 million. You’ll work closely with our Social Media Manager to keep our channels consistent, reactive, and improving, with a strong focus on short‑form video and storytelling.
The team moves quickly, values experimentation, and iterates based on data and reaction. The superstar team you’ll work directly with includes:
- ZOE’s Social Media Manager (your Line Manager)
- ZOE’s PR, Podcast, Creative, Marketing, and Product teams

What You’ll Be Doing
- Content Creator: Filming, editing, and publishing a high weekly volume of short‑form content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Editing & Optimisation Specialist: Turning raw footage into multiple high‑performing formats, shaping pacing, hooks, and structure to maximise retention.
- Multi-Voice Copywriter: Write sharp, platform-native captions and scripts, adapting tone of voice across ZOE and our expert spokespeople.
- On-Set Operator: Support and run London-based shoots, capturing strong content efficiently, working with senior talent, and spotting opportunities in the moment.
- Reactive Content Builder: Move quickly from idea to publish, turning around timely, relevant content without compromising quality.
- Organisation & Workflow Owner: Keep content pipelines running smoothly by managing assets, versions, and approvals.
- Creative Collaborator: Work with the Social Media Manager to evolve formats, test new ideas, and improve performance across our core content pillars.
What You’ll Bring to the Table
- Organic Social Experience: 1-3 years creating or supporting content for a brand or professional creator, with a strong understanding of what performs on short‑form platforms.
- Content Creation & Editing Skills: Confident shooting and editing short‑form video, with a clear sense of pacing, structure, and platform-native formats.
- On-Set Experience: Comfortable working in content shoots. You’re organised, proactive, and able to adapt in fast-moving environments.
- Growth Mindset: Experience contributing to the launch or growth of an organic social channel, with a track record of improving performance over time.
- Writing & Tone of Voice: You’re able to write clearly and adapt tone across different formats, audiences, and speakers.
