We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team in London. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations, keep our ATS (Ashby) in flawless condition, coordinate interview logistics, and deliver an exceptional experience for our interviewers and candidates. Please note, this role is office-based.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a global startup or fast-moving tech environment.
  • Solid grounding in Recruiting Operations: you know what good ATS hygiene looks like, can extract actionable insights from data, and have a genuine interest in applying AI to make recruiting smarter.
  • Experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
  • Strong communicator with exceptional writing skills, able to facilitate clear communication both internally and, most importantly, with our candidates.
  • Self-organized, proactive, and excellent at keeping multiple workstreams on track.
  • Growth-oriented and comfortable adapting to change in an evolving environment.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in project or program management.

What You'll Do:

  • Organize, schedule, and oversee interviews, including candidate logistics and complex scheduling across time zones in collaboration with EAs.
  • Support recruiting operations and programs such as interview programs, referral programs, and ATS configurations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-ups, and genuine care at every stage of the process.
