  • Proven success leading design teams of 5+ designers while delivering multiple large‑scale initiatives spanning end‑to‑end customer journeys across platforms.
  • Expertise in defining and executing a strong design vision across both early‑stage (0–1) products and mature B2C products.
  • Strategic product thinker with a track record of shaping product goals, identifying opportunities, and making decisions grounded in customer impact and business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communicator and collaborator with experience aligning cross‑functional teams and stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design work, design thinking, and the ability to solve complex customer problems.
  • Curious, humble, and continuously exploring market trends, emerging technologies, and new user experiences.
  • Comfortable working within geographically distributed teams and collaborating across multiple locations.
  • Experience using AI tools with measurable outcomes that improved speed, efficiency, or quality at scale.
