Almedia in London is seeking a Site Lead for Data & ML to build and lead the London data/ML function from the ground up. You will stay hands-on while growing a team to 5–10 engineers and shape the technical culture with real autonomy over direction and outcomes.
You'll report to the Chief Science Officer and work closely with the CTO to align data/ML initiatives with business goals such as reward optimization, real-time personalization, and offer ranking. Equity is bespoke.
