We are Tritility, a growing business energy and water consultancy based in the North East. Working with the UK’s leading energy suppliers, we help organisations to reduce their utility costs and reduce their environmental impact. About the role

As a Key Account Manager, you will be the heart and soul of Tritility, helping our clients by keeping in regular contact to ensure we deliver the best client journey from start to finish. You will be able to identify client needs by clarifying information, dealing with issues and providing solutions within the best time frame. Within this role you will always go above and beyond what is expected of you, by providing a professional and excellent level of service.

Daily you will be interacting with clients, suppliers and third parties via inbound/outbound calls and emails, delivering a great experience, making sure all client’s needs are met, providing helpful advice and support, whilst developing and building sustainable relationships. You will also oversee the performance of acquisitions, renewals and brand promotion activities playing a crucial role in developing growth strategies and resolving sales challenges. You will make customers aware of additional services we provide, and escalate, when necessary, complaints accordingly in line with company policies, and ensure set KPIs and SLAs are maintained and adhered to.

The role will be based onsite at our Jarrow office (NE32 3DP) with our standard working hours of Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm. Yes, you read that right, no evenings, no weekends and an early finish on a Friday!
