The Role: Togather is revolutionizing the live events industry by providing high-quality food & beverage experiences, connecting event organizers with reliable suppliers through innovative technology and expertise. With a growing presence in the UK, we partner with industry leaders like IMG Events, Broadwick Live, U-Live, London Marathon Events, LIV Golf, and JOY Concerts. As the Head of Business Development, you will be pivotal in our expansion, leveraging our rapid growth to achieve greater success. This is a unique opportunity to influence our trajectory towards becoming the leading provider of F&B services in live events. Your goal will be to position Togather as the preferred choice for event organizers seeking concessions. By exploring the £12 billion UK live events market, you will develop exclusive partnerships and drive growth across various event types, including music festivals, sports events, winter light displays, county shows, and car & air shows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Create and implement strategies to grow Togather’s presence in the live events sector, focusing on high-value clients and securing exclusive contracts with promoters and organizers to boost revenue.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, working with teams to ensure smooth delivery and tracking KPIs to assess success and impact.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders like event organizers, promoters, and venue managers, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and develop the partnerships team, fostering a high-performance culture and aligning efforts with business objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct ongoing industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities, using insights to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements include senior-level experience in the live events industry, a strong network within the sector, proven success in managing high-value partnerships, excellent negotiation skills, leadership abilities, a results-driven approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
