Technical Lead (.Net) required for a Software Solutions Provider, already with thousands of users, paying up to £73K + 15% Bonus + 10% Pension + Benefits. This is being offered as a hybrid role with ideally a presence close to Manchester, however equally as comfortable with someone with a willingness to travel for team meetings (approximately once a week/fortnight).

A great opportunity for a Technical Lead (.Net) looking to help scale an already successful business, focused on new greenfield apps and customer facing projects. Cloud adoption and high quality coding practices.
This is a Tribe focused business where you will have the opportunity to work side by side with other impressive Tech Leads, Software Engineers and Senior Leaders. There is an abundance of talented people here to learn from and knowledge share with.
The Role:
- Roughly 70% Leadership / 30% Hands on contribution
- Hands on Development with .Net, C#, assisting scalable Cloud solutions, Code Reviews and driving engineering best practice
- Strong AWS - investing further in serverless technologies, such as Lambda
- Experience of leading high performing software engineering teams (Tribes), assessing risks, improving approaches and all important documentation
- Managing and coaching of Engineering Teams, at all levels
- Solution Design and Architecture, alongside a very impressive architect team
