Base Pay Range

£90,000 – 10.5% bonus, £4,200 car allowance, private healthcare.

Position Overview

Act as the Operational Technology (OT) Security Architect for a North West based enterprise‑level Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) organisation. Work on the security architecture for OT, drive the region to its Net Zero target, and support local infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Set direction and provide architecture leadership for OT security.
• Develop enterprise security architecture and supporting policies, guidance in support of the Information and cyber‑physical security strategy.
• Ensure the organisation is resilient against security threats.
• Establish secure‑by‑design principles for OT and set benchmarks for other architects.
• Advise business and technology on state of security architecture, assure designs from third parties, participate in the architecture review board, and work on high‑level designs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience securing enterprise IT environments, cloud security, and network security.
• Experience securing Operational Technology.
• Strong documentation skills for security designs, policies, and procedures.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and technologies.
• Experience with Azure Cloud or another cloud technology.
• Experience working in Telecoms, CNI, or regulated environments with knowledge of OT, IoT/IIoT is helpful.
