A North West based multi-site Enterprise Level Critical National Infrastructure Organisation requires a Senior Product Manager with ServiceNow Product Management experience who can provide product and platform leadership supported by a product team including a technical product owner for ServiceNow, ServiceNow architect, business analysts, etc.
This is an opportunity to own the ServiceNow platform for a major UK critical asset as it builds its use of this and other significant products. You must have knowledge of ServiceNow in two of the following areas: HR, CSM, ITSM, IRM, BCM, H&S, SPM, NowAssist.
Ideal Candidate Description:
- Strong Stakeholder Management & Communication, able to challenge with credibility and partner effectively.
- Partner with other Product Managers to engage with the Organisation.
- Knowledge in at least two of the following areas: HR, CSM, ITSM, IRM, BCM, H&S, SPM, NowAssist.
- Evangelise with pragmatism regarding the role that ServiceNow can play for the organisation.
- Strong commercial mindset - Internally to support cost of delivery, and externally to drive value from the ServiceNow contract.
