The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 Β£ per year.
Hybrid Working - North West based CNI organisation.
Β£95k plus 15% bonus and 10% co pension contributions and a whole raft of other benefits.
For this role as the Solution Architect you will need experience of HR or Payroll platforms and teams. Any HCM work on any platform, SAP, Oracle, Workday etc will be absolutely acceptable but you must have that experience and ideally have done that work in a solution architecture role.
As a Solution Architect you will own the architectural work for the HR & Payroll areas in this Enterprise Level CNI organisation based in the North West of England.
As the Solution Architect for HR you will work on both HLD and LLD design specifications to the level of detail required to begin engineering whilst recommending designs structures and tools for processes, applications and technologies which meet the business need.
As the SA you will take business requirements, working collaboratively across engineering teams, business analysts and product leads to define solutions that meet business objectives. You will work with suppliers and third parties as part of the design and engineering process.
You will need to be able to look at things with an enterprise mindset taking the whole organisation into account when making decisions around products and the future view.

- Detailed technical knowledge spanning enterprise technologies & systems
- Operated in a Solution Architecture role
- Integration knowledge
- Developing, mapping and maintaining a technical architecture including enterprise applications & services
- Communicating complex technical information and informing the priority of spend
- Platforms that carry HCM e.g SAP, Oracle, Workday etc
- Experience of developing application, cloud and infrastructure transformation / migration strategies and plans
- An ability to provide architecture expertise & guidance to the Heads-of-technology and business leaders
- Maintaining a technology roadmap and being able to adapt to business change
- Stakeholder engagement of technical and non-technical
- Demonstrable experience of maintaining knowledge of innovative, cutting-edge and emerging technology trends and solutions
