Hybrid role with a salary of £90k to £95k plus 20% bonus, 10% pension, and £5.8k car allowance. A North West based multi-site Enterprise Level Critical National Infrastructure Organisation requires a Senior Product Manager with ServiceNow Product Management experience who can provide product and platform leadership supported by a product team including a technical product owner for ServiceNow, ServiceNow architect, business analysts, etc.

This is an opportunity to own the ServiceNow platform for a major UK critical asset as it builds its use of this and other significant products. You must have knowledge of ServiceNow in at least two of the following areas: HR, CSM, ITSM, IRM, BCM, H&S, SPM, NowAssist.

Ideal Candidate Description:

  • Strong Stakeholder Management & Communication, able to challenge with credibility and partner effectively.
  • Partner with other Product Managers to engage with the Organisation.
  • Knowledge in at least two of the following areas: HR, CSM, ITSM, IRM, BCM, H&S, SPM, NowAssist.
  • Evangelise with pragmatism regarding the role that ServiceNow can play for the organisation.
  • Strong commercial mindset to support cost of delivery and drive value from the ServiceNow contract.

  • ServiceNow platform leadership.
  • Platform architecture understanding (key patterns, integrations, data, security).
  • Risk & controls mindset (audit evidence, compliance, security-by-design).
  • Governance & decision-making (standards, guardrails, pragmatic exceptions).

  • Define Platform Strategy, Roadmap & Technical Direction.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement & Platform Performance Optimisation.
  • Platform Governance & Quality Assurance.
  • Vendor Management - Driving value from ServiceNow contract, managing licensing, and implementation partners.
  • Support Release, Environment & Lifecycle Management.
  • Support Security, Risk, Compliance & Audit Readiness.
