A SaaS company that has doubled in size in the last two years is looking for a hands-on IT Service Delivery Manager to own their IT operations, service standards, and security compliance. This is a very varied and key role for this SaaS business which will be suited to someone who is equally comfortable resolving Google Workspace issues as leading an ISO 27001 audit, looking after Cyber Essentials, or coordinating a 24x7 on-call support rota.
As the IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing the internal IT environment, ensuring the office infrastructure is reliable, and maintaining security certifications for Cyber Essentials. You will support and work closely with DevOps and software engineering teams to support operational processes and drive continuous service improvement.
Experience of working in a help desk environment and being in a hands-on engineering role in your career will be helpful in this role. You may potentially have operated as an IT Manager in a smaller environment where you do a range of service management, technical support (such as installing new operating systems), and own processes for ISO or Cyber Essentials.
Knowledge of any of the following is of interest but not essential:
- ITIL, Prince2 or similar qualifications
- ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials
- DevOps, AWS or MDM
If you don't have some of these, that's fine as there will be the opportunity to learn.
