Our client is looking for a hands-on Head of Product to lead the next phase of an ambitious product transformation with a clear pathway into C-suite product leadership and working as part of the senior leadership team.
As the Head of Product reporting and working with C level you will own the product strategy and technical direction, working closely with engineering leadership and a dedicated team to evolve a mature platform into a unified, AI-enabled, cloud-ready solution.
As the Head of Product you will set direction and be in the detail - Talking to customers, Running discovery sessions, Prototyping ideas rapidly using AI tools, Designing workflows and shaping product experiences. The customer is at the heart of this company and there will be regular international travel, with several trips per quarter to see key customers to have that direct exposure and real-world product usage.

In this role you will:
- Own and evolve product vision and roadmap
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, validation, delivery, iteration

- Partner closely with engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes
- Engage directly with customers to uncover real-world needs
- Collaborate across commercial teams to drive adoption and growth
- Build and lead a strong product and UX culture grounded in evidence and customer insight
Key Experience:
- Significant product management/leadership within B2B software or SaaS
- AI-first mindset – you see AI as a tool to accelerate how products are built
