New Role - Client Services Director - Reporting to the CEO - Permanent. SaaS start up that has 16% YOY growth with 30% profitability last year with revenues 2024 - 4.8m, 2025 - 5.65m, Projected 2026 - 6.6m. This is a business that is looking to grow via sales and acquisitions with significant financial backing from a highly successful SaaS portfolio organisation.

The Client Services Director role holder is accountable for managing all aspects of service delivery. The Client Services Director will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service quality and seamless customer journeys across support, professional services and managed services engagements, providing leadership and supporting others to lead.

The Client Services Director will have a strong focus on strategic leadership, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role will unite technical service delivery, customer experience management, and professional services under one cohesive strategy, driving customer retention, growth, and value realisation.

The Client Services Director will drive:

  • A proactive support model, Problem Management and Service Management best practices.
  • A growth strategy for Professional Services, ensuring revenue expansion through scalable, repeatable service offerings and optimised resource utilisation.
  • A data-driven, customer-focused culture, improving customer retention, satisfaction, and expansion opportunities.

This is a key strategic role for the organisation - Things you will be involved in or leading:

  • Re-platforming their core solution & driving adoption of the new technology.
  • Developing the new Target Operating Model.
  • Increase the managed services footprint.
  • Acquisitions to accelerate growth.

What’s needed?

  • Track record in showing growth in a services role or function.
  • You must have operated in a service delivery capacity (ITIL).
  • Built out service catalogues as part of customer offerings.
  • People leadership.
  • Strategic leadership.
  • Hybrid working; the office is North West based but would consider other locations from around the UK. You must be capable of travelling occasionally to the top 5 clients.
