Bid & Proposal Coordinator required for a Global SaaS business, paying £35,000 (and up to £40,000 for strong experience) + Bonus + Excellent Benefits, on a fully remote UK basis. As Bid & Proposal Coordinator, you will work closely with the Head of Revenue Operations, taking ownership of the bid function and becoming a key part of how the business wins new opportunities.

The business provides software solutions globally, with a large proportion of customers within the public sector, including local authorities and emergency services. Whilst most opportunities are UK-based, you'll be comfortable working across geographic locations and collaborating with colleagues across Europe, the US and Australia.

An overview of the role and responsibilities:

  • This is a role for somebody who enjoys bringing structure, organisation and momentum to a process - either from a Bid & Proposal background or from a project-focused role where stakeholder management is a key part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
  • As Bid & Proposal Coordinator, you'll take ownership of RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires and software tender submissions, coordinating internal stakeholders, managing timelines and ensuring high-quality responses are delivered on time.
  • You'll build relationships across the business, work to tight deadlines and ensure the right people provide the right information at the right time.
  • This is a role with plenty to enjoy including pace, variety and visibility across the business.
  • What's particularly interesting is that the business sees AI as a key part of the future of bid management; rather than spending hours creating responses from scratch, AI is increasingly used to generate first drafts and leverage previous submissions.
  • The value of this role comes from reviewing, refining and improving what AI produces whilst ensuring every response is accurate, relevant and compelling.
  • They are investing in AI to support and empower employees, not replace them.

To succeed in this role, you'll have:

  • Either Bid & Proposal management experience, or experience in a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or Project Manager role where you've developed strong stakeholder management and organisational skills to deliver internal, and complex, projects.
  • Some experience in a coordination, project support or bid-related environment - technology or professional services graduates with some experience are also a great fit!
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A proactive approach and willingness to chase actions and keep projects moving - not afraid to pick up the phone.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An interest in process improvement and finding better ways of working; a desire to have a genuine impact on the bid function and wider business.
  • Confidence using technology and AI tools to improve efficiency.

The business has around 80 employees globally and has successfully retained its collaborative, people-first culture. It's a genuinely supportive environment where new ideas are welcomed, employees are trusted to do their jobs and there is real opportunity to influence processes, improve outcomes and grow your career over time.
