Penguin General is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Editor to support our fiction publishing team, directly assisting the Publisher and the Editorial Director as we grow our list.
You’ll participate in all stages of production from acquisition to publication, help manage editorial schedules and budgets, and coordinate with Marketing, Publicity and Rights teams while providing excellent author care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
