Penguin is seeking a Production Manager for its Ebury team on a 9‑month FTC from December 2026 to September 2027. You will manage colour and mono book production, nurture a team, and collaborate with Editorial, Design, Sales and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality outputs on time and within budget.
You will influence supplier relationships, drive improvements, and work from the Embassy Gardens office in London two days a week with flexibility for the rest of the week.
