Join a small global security team responsible for protecting one of the world's leading TV production companies. You'll help manage and continually improve Fremantle's global cyber security services, working across our outsourced SOC, security technologies, cloud platforms and network security tools. You'll play a hands-on role in threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management and driving improvements to our overall security posture.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the development of a more resilient Cyber Security baseline at Fremantle
  • Act as liaison with the outsourced SOC to ensure response to security alerts and incidents
  • Collaborate to ensure operation and tuning of SIEM, EDR, Darktrace NAD, and cloud security platforms
  • Track vulnerabilities and support global remediation efforts
  • Assist in managing vendor SLAs and service reviews with respect to security operations
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and contribute to playbooks and reporting
  • Support the Group Cyber Security Manager in delivering an effective security service & improvement

Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • 4–6 years in cyber security operations (SOC, tooling, incident response)
  • Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, CASB, firewalls, and vulnerability management tools
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and Microsoft Defender Suite (Endpoint, Identity, Server, Cloud) and Azure Security Centre
  • Experience managing major incidents and coordinating with outsourced/3rd party SOC providers & other security technology providers
  • Experience with SOAR workflow design & operations
  • Practical experience in the management and operation of Network Anomaly Detection (NAD), Secure Email Gateway & Secure Web Gateway
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security tools and service integration
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN security principles, Firewalls & related security technologies
  • Strong understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, and hybrid/cloud security architectures
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualifications in a relevant field and security certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, Security+, GIAC, CySA+)

Highly Desirable

  • Experience in Television Production, Media and multinational environments
  • Technical familiarity of Postproduction environments and associated security requirements
