Job Description
Join Arvato as a Customer Service Delivery Specialist
Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and ensuring service excellence?
Arvato is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Delivery Specialist to join our team in Corby.
In this role, you’ll act as a key link between customers, internal teams, and operational functions, helping to ensure service commitments are met while continuously driving improvements in customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Manage customer relationships and act as a primary point of contact for service-related queries.
- Monitor service performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with operational and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Analyse service data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Produce customer reports and communicate performance updates.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer projects.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, account management, service delivery, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Problem-solving mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Good analytical and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience within logistics, supply chain, or outsourcing environments is advantageous but not essential.
