  • Working Pattern: Monday–Friday, rotating shifts

Are you an experienced SAP user with a passion for systems, processes and continuous improvement?

Arvato is looking for an SAP Super User to join our team at our Hams Hall warehouse.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our warehouse operation, helping colleagues get the most from SAP and ensuring our processes run smoothly and efficiently.

  • What you’ll be doing
  • Act as a key point of contact for SAP within the warehouse environment.
  • Provide day‑to‑day support and guidance to colleagues using SAP.
  • Troubleshoot system and process issues, escalating more complex problems where required.
  • Support the implementation and testing of SAP system changes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, system usage and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with warehouse, operations and other business teams to resolve issues.
  • Help train and coach colleagues on SAP processes and functionality.
  • Monitor data accuracy and ensure transactions are completed correctly.
  • Produce and analyse relevant system and operational reports.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who has

  • Previous experience using SAP within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
  • A strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems.
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • The confidence to support and train colleagues at different levels.
  • Good communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced operational environment.
