Join Spring Wood Lodge as an Occupational Therapist Assistant and change the lives of women over the age of 18 who have complex emotional and mental health problems associated with significant risk behaviours.

Typically they have a diagnosis of personality disorder or a severe mental illness Under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will support the service in delivering structured activities and assisting in the planning for individual and group therapeutic interventions.

You will build one-to-one rapports with service users to encourage participation in activities and empower recovery.

As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will contribute to the assessment, monitoring, evaluation, and modification of structured activities in order to measure progression and ensure effectiveness.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be supported regionally and will have access to a variety of training and online courses to support your career development and growth.
