As Senior Duty Manager you'll lead the operation alongside the General Manager and Assistant General Manager, ensuring exceptional hospitality, strong commercial performance and an environment where both guests and teams thrive.

What You'll Do

As Senior Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for creating an environment where exceptional hospitality, operational excellence and commercial success come together. You'll:

  • Lead the venue as the senior manager on shift, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across every department
  • Coach, develop and inspire Duty Managers, Supervisors and Team Members to perform at their very best
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences, confidently resolving challenges and creating memorable moments
  • Drive commercial performance through labour management, sales growth, stock control and profitability
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning and the development of future leaders
  • Work closely with traders and support teams to deliver a seamless guest experience across the entire venue
  • Maintain exceptional standards of compliance, safety and operational excellence
  • Lead daily briefings, celebrate success and create a positive, high-performing culture

About You

You'll already be an experienced hospitality leader looking for your next challenge.

You'll have

  • Experience leading large, high-volume hospitality operations
  • Previous experience as a Senior Duty Manager, Duty Manager or equivalent leadership role
  • A genuine passion for coaching, developing and inspiring people
  • Excellent commercial awareness with experience managing labour, GP, stock and sales performance
  • The ability to remain calm, organised and decisive during busy services
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • A positive, adaptable leadership style with the confidence to bring people together and lead by example
