We are looking for a Learning & Development Data Analyst to join our L&D team and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effectiveness of our learning data and reporting.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for data to help shape reporting processes, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights that support business decisions and continuous improvement across the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Data Management & Reporting
    • Recording, updating, cleansing, and maintaining accurate L&D data
    • Ensuring data consistency and integrity across all L&D systems and processes
    • Producing regular reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making
    • Developing storyboards and visual reporting tools to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Analysis & Continuous Improvement
    • Analysing learning and development data to provide actionable insights
    • Identifying opportunities to improve existing reporting and data processes
    • Supporting governance and compliance reporting requirements
    • Helping to drive data-led improvements across the L&D function
  • Stakeholder Support
    • Working closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
    • Supporting the wider L&D team with accurate and timely data analysis
    • Providing clear and meaningful insights to support business decisions

About You

Essential

  • Previous experience in a data analyst or reporting-focused role
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working with large data sets and data cleansing
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate data and insights clearly to stakeholders

Desirable

  • Previous experience within Learning & Development, HR, or Apprenticeships
  • Experience using learning management systems or HR systems
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualisation tools
  • Experience identifying trends and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
