You can expect plenty of variety as a Head of Maintenance with us. You'll turn your hand to all sorts of tasks within the care home building as well as in the gardens and grounds. You should be comfortable working alone, leading a team and supporting the General Manager with annual budget planning. We'll also need you to liaise with contractors on jobs that fall outside the expertise of your team.

With hands-on experience of property maintenance, you'll have at least one trade skill and, ideally, a proven ability to undertake a wide range of maintenance tasks. You should be reliable and flexible when it comes to your working hours. This role also calls for a full UK driving licence, IT literacy and GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
