As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD), you will help people with complex mental health issues, enabling individuals to live in their own space, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

• Providing high-quality, effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
• Being responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care
• Observing, recording and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care provided

A relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration (RMN or RNLD) are required, along with a high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach. A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice is essential.

There are a range of services across five wards – including a specialist dementia service - where you'll gain experience working with gender-specific distinct rehabilitation and step-down services.
