What you will be doing:
- Support the team in providing high-quality care and support to people within this complex care setting, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting good teamwork.
- Lead and coordinate the quality and management of nursing care and delivery of clinical services, ensuring the day-to-day operations of your unit is performing well.
- Delegate nursing tasks to Nurses working in the unit and coordinate with other teams.
- Monitor service users' conditions and respond to changes.
- Supervise other members within the team's unit and provide guidance and support.
- Make critical decisions regarding service user assignments, staff scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Be liaison between nursing staff and other healthcare professionals, with effective communication and collaboration.

Things that you will have:
- A relevant nursing qualification.
- NMC registration.
- Experience working with patients with EUPD or ASD.
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate.
- A commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice.
- Relevant experience in a similar environment.
- Proven track record of leadership skills.

Location: Barnet Lane, Elstree, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 3QU. Barnet Lane's Complex Care and Recovery Service (CCRS) is a highly specialised, bespoke inpatient adult service designed to support individuals whose needs exceed the scope of traditional inpatient service models. The service specialises in treating patients who have experienced multiple or prolonged admissions, stalled discharge pathways, or who have been unable to progress within conventional care environments.
