As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced international business leader to lead and transform our Global Vendor Inspection business.

The Opportunity

The Global Vendor Inspection Manager will have worldwide responsibility for the leadership, development and performance of the Vendor Inspection business, with full accountability for strategy, commercial growth, operational excellence and P&L performance.

This role will drive the transformation of Vendor Inspection into a globally coordinated and scalable business, leveraging our international footprint, technical capabilities and inspector network to deliver consistent, competitive and high-quality services to global and regional clients.

The successful candidate will work closely with regional and country management teams, commercial leaders and technical specialists to accelerate profitable growth, strengthen strategic customer relationships and further enhance operational performance across the global organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the Global Vendor Inspection strategy, driving sustainable growth and business expansion.
  • Lead the global commercial agenda, including strategic account development, major tenders, framework agreements and international negotiations.
  • Own the full global P&L, ensuring delivery of revenue, profitability, EBITDA and cash generation objectives.
  • Drive operational excellence through the implementation of a consistent global operating model.
  • Optimize and develop the international inspector network, maximizing productivity, utilization and service quality.
  • Build strong relationships with global clients, EPCs, manufacturers and key industry stakeholders.
  • Lead digitalization initiatives, including the deployment of AMIS, automation of inspection processes and adoption of innovative technologies such as AI, remote inspection and data analytics.
  • Develop organizational capabilities and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement and customer focus.
  • Profile
  • 10-15 years of leadership experience within TIC, Vendor Inspection, Vendor Surveillance, QA/QC, Industrial Inspection or related technical services.
  • Proven track record managing international or multi-country businesses with full P&L responsibility.
  • Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated success developing strategic accounts and delivering profitable growth.
  • Experience leading complex tenders, commercial negotiations and framework agreements.
  • Strong understanding of project-based services, pricing, resource utilization and margin management.
  • Solid knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry and its supply chain.
  • A business leader with a strong commercial mindset and operational perspective.
  • Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.
