  • Early warning to leadership on slippage, cost overruns, at-risk milestones and decisions needed, by tracking progress against plan and budget.
  • A smooth Sales-to-Services handoff and a reconciled services backlog, so every sold service has a tracking project and the right delivery team can see what the client purchased.
  • Accurate, on-time billing and revenue, from the monthly forecast and month-end actuals to the utilisation, capacity and project margin reporting that supports resourcing and commercial decisions.
  • Dashboards, KPI reports and leadership packs (Power BI, Excel) that give clear, timely insight into delivery, revenue, utilisation and backlog, along with process improvements that cut manual effort and improve data quality.
  • Day-to-day partnership with the Director of Professional Services, Project Managers, Client Implementation Managers, Sales, Finance, Billing and Resource Management, including PMO standards, governance meetings, action tracking and team engagement activities.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong numerical ability and a high level of accuracy when working with revenue, billing or utilisation data.
  • Advanced Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data cleansing) and confidence building clear reports and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong task, time and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines while staying organised, analytical and calm when plans change.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, services operations or business operations role, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, ideally in business, finance or a related field.

  • Experience in a software, SaaS or consulting services organisation, or in the insurance industry.
