Small Works Manager – The Role:

As a Small Works Manager, you will be responsible for quoting, resourcing, and project managing small works across our client portfolio.

Small Works Manager – Key Responsibilities:

– Define the scope of small works in collaboration with clients

– Plan, resource, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

– Build and maintain strong client relationships

– Identify risks and opportunities, proactively addressing them

– Lead relevant meetings on-site or at APE

– Oversee small works planning and remedial work

– Provide sales quotes for small works and collaborate with the sales team for larger projects

– Maintain accurate resource and project tracking

– Ensure change control within small works scope

– Promote health and safety best practices

– Always strive to enhance customer satisfaction

Small Works Manager – Qualifications, Skills, Training & Experience:

– Full valid driving license and the right to work in the UK

– Previous sales and project management experience

– Project management skills

– Microsoft Office

– Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

– Time management
