The Performance Marketing Manager will lead the paid media strategy and execution across all key acquisition channels. This role is accountable for driving efficient, scalable growth through paid media, with full ownership of day‑to‑day performance, budget management and optimisation. Working closely with the CMO, Ecommerce and Brand teams, the role will translate brand demand into measurable commercial results.
Key Responsibilities
- Runs Applied Nutrition’s performance marketing activity across all paid channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Shopping and Display.
- Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns to deliver against CAC, ROAS and revenue targets.
- Manage Amazon advertising activity in partnership with Marketplace team.
- Own performance budgets, pacing and optimisation, ensuring spend is efficient and commercially aligned.
- Build and maintain performance reporting, providing clear insight into channel effectiveness and growth opportunities.
- Identify and test new platforms, formats, audiences and tactics to unlock incremental growth.
- Support the development of scalable performance processes to support future team growth.
- Responsible for full ownership of paid media channels, including Paid Search & Shopping performance reporting, insights and optimisation.
Key Skills
- Strong experience in performance marketing within ecommerce, DTC or consumer brands.
- Hands‑on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads and Amazon Advertising.
- Commercially minded, data‑driven with strong understanding of CAC, ROAS and revenue contribution.
- Comfortable owning paid media performance end‑to‑end, with minimal oversight.
- Strong communicator able to work cross-functionally with Brand, Ecommerce and Trading teams.
