The Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for Applied Nutrition’s paid media activity across key acquisition channels, driving efficient, scalable revenue growth. Working closely with the Ecommerce and Brand teams, the role will translate demand into measurable commercial results, with a strong focus on CAC, ROAS and profitable growth.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation and performance of paid channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Shopping and Display.
- Plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns to deliver against CAC, ROAS and revenue targets.
- Own paid media budgets, pacing and optimisation, ensuring spend is efficient and commercially aligned.
- Monitor performance daily and take proactive action to improve efficiency and scale.
- Build and maintain performance reporting, providing clear insight into channel performance, trends and growth opportunities.
- Test and iterate across audiences, creatives, formats and platforms to unlock incremental growth.
- Work closely with Brand and Creative teams to ensure assets are optimised for performance and conversion.
- Identify opportunities to improve landing pages, funnels and conversion rates in partnership with Ecommerce.
Key Skills
- Minimum 1-year hands-on paid media experience within sports nutrition, health, fitness or supplements is essential.
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google and Meta.
- Strong commercial understanding of CAC, ROAS, CPA and revenue contribution.
- Data-driven, analytical and confident working with performance reporting and insights.
- Strong communicator able to work cross-functionally with Brand and Ecommerce teams.
