Butternut Box is seeking an experienced people leader to head the UK & Ireland Customer Love team in a hybrid role based in London, with three days per week at our White City box office and occasional travel.

You will drive customer excellence, oversee a team of capable leaders, set goals, track KPI's, and present plans to senior stakeholders.

You'll champion quality standards, improve CSAT, QA, wait times, and use Intercom, Dixa, Zendesk, and AI tools to deliver outstanding service.
