FCX Performance/Eads Distribution is an Applied Industrial Technologies Company and a leading process-flow control company. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will interact with customers to determine their pump, valve, and instrumentation needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in retaining customers, developing new business, building repeat sales, and managing a territory.
  • Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and lunch & learns.
  • Be strategic, organized, and technologically savvy in managing your sales territory.
  • Maintain sales records, pipeline reports, and generate relevant sales and market reports periodically.
  • Assist in setting sales target goals and marketing strategies.

Position Requirements:

  • Proven outside sales experience within the industrial marketplace.
  • Valve-instrumentation-flow control knowledge is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and aggressive in sales tactics with a desire to close sales.
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Office; SAP/ERP/P-21 is a plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; degree substitution possible.
