We are looking for an IT Manager to oversee the configuration, maintenance, and security of ADSP\’s IT infrastructure. In this role, you will manage end-user devices, servers, and network systems, ensuring all operations align with industry security standards.

You will be responsible for deploying and administering both on-premises and cloud-based solutions, supporting minor Azure-based projects, and driving initiatives to enhance the efficiency, resilience, and cybersecurity posture of ADSP. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about optimizing IT environments and ensuring robust operational security.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Configure and manage Windows laptops, MacBooks, and iPhones
  • Use Intune for device provisioning, policy enforcement, and app deployment
  • Manage ESET for antivirus, encryption, and vulnerability scans
  • Conduct on-premises server vulnerability management using Nessus Tenable
  • Ensure adherence to ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus (CE+) standards
  • Maintain on-premises Proxmox servers, including hardware and software upgrades
  • Oversee Wi-Fi networks and router configurations
  • Manage internal Azure infrastructure (minor project support as needed)
  • Handle user provisioning and permissions across cloud platforms

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant experience
  • Intune Practitioner, Azure Associate Certification or similar preferred
  • Previous experience in IT operations and hands-on technical roles
  • Experience managing Wi-Fi systems, routers, etc.
  • Hands-on experience managing Proxmox servers (hardware and software) preferred
  • Proficiency with Intune, ESET, Nessus, and Azure infrastructure
  • Solid knowledge of Windows, macOS, and iOS ecosystems
  • Working knowledge of ISO27001 and CE+ frameworks
  • Proven ability in endpoint management, server vulnerability scanning, and user provisioning
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
