We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and deployment of complex software solutions. You will architect and maintain data engineering pipelines, backend services, APIs, demonstrate consideration for design and UI/UX when building user interfaces, delivering reliable and scalable systems that address business needs across diverse industries. This position requires deep expertise in software engineering concepts, advanced coding abilities (preferably Python and Typescript), and hands-on experience with cloud deployments, databases, and containerisation (Docker).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications
- Responsible for delivery of outcomes/projects with defined levels of accountability
- Develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks like React
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project deadlines
- Build and maintain both client-side and server-side code
- Develop UI/UX designs and implement design specifications
- Run requirements elicitation workshops and conduct user interface research
- Work alongside software engineers to develop and maintain productionised code
- Create and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency with writing maintainable Python and Typescript, including experience of working with relevant libraries for data processing and backend API development (i.e., FastAPI, Pydantic, expressJS, NodeJS, NextJS API Router, etc)
- Proven experience of contributing to the design, development, testing, and deployment of software solutions
- Proven experience of working collaboratively as part of a software team, using tools like Git to adhere to established best practices
- Comfortable with HTML, CSS, Javascript and the ability to write basic programs using these languages including programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and UI components or HTML DOM
- Strong understanding of browsers and web APIs including software development processes, such as version control using Git and agile methodologies
- Proficiency with Git

- Effective organisational skills e.g. planning, time management
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to work independently and as part of a team
