Applied Behavior Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analyst (PLBA) to join our collaborative clinical team at our Therapeutic Education Center. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working directly with a team, mentoring staff, and helping individuals with autism build meaningful skills in a structured educational environment. Our center-based model allows behavior analysts to work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to deliver consistent, high-quality ABA services.
Compensation: $75,000 – $85,000 per year (Salary prorated for provisionally licensed behavior analysts)
- 4 days on site (8:30-3:30) and one remote day each week
- Guaranteed 40-hour work week
- Additional quarterly bonus opportunities available for insurance-funded services outside school hours

What You'll Do: As a Behavior Analyst, you will:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and behavioral analyses
- Develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and skill acquisition programs
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians and line therapists
- Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Provide parent training and team consultation
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to support IEP goals
- Conduct skills assessments and develop individualized programming
- Participate in team meetings, intake meetings, and treatment planning
- Ensure treatment fidelity and high-quality service delivery
