Purpose of the Role
The main purpose of this role is to support the accounts department with its day-to-day functions.
- Updating and reconciling financial ledgers
- Process supplier invoices onto our accounts package (Opera 3)
- Reconcile supplier statements to our accounts package.
- Prepare supporting financial accounting reports
- Telephone call handling
- Support daily accounting duty and perform ad hoc assignments from time to time as assigned by the Accounts Office Manager
- Undertake BACS and foreign payment runs loading payments onto banking platform as well as the accounts package

- Someone with accounts experience is desirable
