The Indirect Channel Manager (ICM), Global Indirect Channels (GIN), is responsible primarily for revenue growth from the internal NTT Ltd. Region Sales Entity teams. Additionally, the ICM will also lead development of the external channel partner ecosystem & revenue streams within their assigned geographic region. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Global Indirect Channels, the ICM is the main point of contact for NTT Ltd.’s Regional Sales Entities, external Channel Partners, and other strategic partners, as appropriate. The ICM will build relationships with key stakeholders in the Regional Sales organization and the partner ecosystem to enable sales of GIN services.

What you\’ll be doing

In this role you will:

  • Serve as the leading expert on your assigned region for the Global IP Network (GIN) organization
  • Be responsible for carrying a New Incremental Monthly Recurring Revenue (NIMRR) bookings quota, and achieving activity and funnel benchmarks
  • Drive revenue growth through internal and external partner channels within your region
  • Nurture and maximize partner relationships to grow the client base for IP service revenue
  • Manage the sales process and close opportunities brought by external IP Services partners
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Organize events like webinars and off-site meetings to strengthen partner relations and drive revenue
  • Demonstrate market expertise and understanding of operating environment, challenges, and opportunities
  • Manage training, sales enablement, and enforce policies and strategies
  • Travel within your assigned region as necessary

This role is perfect for you if you have:

  • 5+ years of channel and/or strategic partnership experience
  • 10+ years of sales experience in Telecom and/or IP industries
  • Strong existing relationships with channel partners in the region
  • Experience in customer-facing and partnership roles in telecom or tech
  • Proven success in surpassing sales targets and applying sales methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
