We are currently seeking a Field Tech Senior Analyst - Windows Operating System to join our team in Belfast, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.
Location: Belfast, UK
Overview: Responsible for on-site and remote installation, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals. Acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters.
Responsibilities:
- Review, troubleshoot, and approve the operational quality of desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, maintain, and optimize desktop/notebook configurations at customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve product performance issues.
- Perform maintenance and repair services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by advising on preventive maintenance and configurations that impact performance.
- Instruct customers on operation and maintenance of systems.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and work experience.
- Proficiency in Windows OS; knowledge of Linux/Unix may be required.
- Strong customer interaction skills.
- A+ certification or equivalent; additional hardware certifications may be required.
