What you\’ll be doing:
You will have full P&L responsibility for a large client portfolio within our Public Sector business unit. Your role involves developing a business strategy aligned with revenue and profit targets to ensure account success (CSAT) and growth.
As a senior ambassador for NTT Data, you will cultivate long-term relationships with key client personnel, including C-suite executives, understanding their business goals and drivers to identify opportunities for revenue growth. A thorough understanding of current and future Healthcare trends is essential.
Collaborating with internal teams, you will ensure our services meet client needs and expectations in terms of behavior, innovation, value, and differentiation to maintain long-term relationships.
What experience you\’ll bring:
You should have experience managing large partnerships or portfolios within the Public Sector, preferably with an established consulting firm or systems integrator.
With broad technological knowledge, you will have experience in expanding and targeting new clients, discussing digital transformation or managed services opportunities.
Experience and subject matter expertise in Central NHS and/or Healthcare Trusts, especially within acute hospital trusts, are preferred.
Managing accounts over £5m, you should have a proven track record of identifying expansion opportunities or new relationships within Healthcare, along with:
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
- Deep understanding of strategic business objectives, drivers, and complex organizational structures
- Advanced stakeholder, negotiation, and conflict management skills
- Knowledge of cross-shore delivery models
