Overview
Job Title: Transition Services Analyst
Location: Kent
Contract: 6 months renewable
About the Client
The client is a large, complex organisation operating within a regulated environment and currently undergoing a period of transition. The business places a strong emphasis on governance, financial control, and service performance oversight, working across multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliant and well-managed service exits.
About the Role
The Transition Services Analyst supports the effective management of Transition Service Agreements by maintaining governance processes, service performance reporting, and exit tracking activities. The role works closely with Finance, PMO, and Service Owners to ensure services operate in line with contractual and governance requirements throughout the transition lifecycle.
You will be responsible for maintaining TSA governance artefacts, including service logs, issue trackers, RAID and escalation logs, and performance dashboards. The role includes supporting governance forums, coordinating meetings, preparing materials, issuing minutes, and tracking actions. You will prepare regular service performance reports, provide ad-hoc analysis, and manage TSA-related communications.
A key part of the role involves financial and billing support. You will assist with monthly TSA invoicing, raise sales orders for fixed, variable, and pass-through charges and ensure accurate data entry and validation within purchase-to-pay systems. You will work with Finance teams to support invoice processing, reconciliation, and cost tracking.
The role also supports cross-functional TSA exit activities, enforcing governance over exit checklists, tracking progress against milestones, and escalating risks or issues where required.
