With offices in Manchester, Stavanger, and Houston, there’s a strong international aspect to our work. You’ll be joining a close-knit team where your success is genuinely supported.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Reviewing client job descriptions to understand technical and cultural needs
  • Sourcing and selecting top candidates using a variety of tools and platforms
  • Speaking with candidates to understand motivations, expectations, and fit
  • Preparing and submitting CVs and candidate summaries to clients
  • Managing the full recruitment process – from initial contact to offer
  • Coordinating onboarding with our operations team
  • Building and maintaining a talent network in the energy transition space
  • Generating leads through candidate conversations and supporting business development
  • Ensuring compliance with all documentation and process requirements

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any subject
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, driven, and eager to learn
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A people-person who’s excited to build relationships
  • 1–2 years of professional experience is highly desirable! (customer service, admin, sales, etc)
