About You

As a Senior M&E Planner, you'll play a pivotal role within the Project Controls team, providing expert planning support across major engineering projects. Working closely with Project Managers, engineers, and clients, you'll develop, maintain, and optimise project schedules while proactively managing risk, change, and resource requirements. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment, bringing strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to delivering complex projects successfully. Degree educated or experience in relative discipline.

About the Role

  • Lead the M&E Planning team, acting as the key interface with other business units and lead planners.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop a team of planning engineers across multi-disciplinary M&E scopes.
  • Develop, control, monitor, analyse, and report on all schedule-related aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain resource-loaded, logic-linked baseline programmes in line with project and corporate standards.
  • Work closely with project stakeholders to identify risks, manage change, and drive programme performance.
  • Provide accurate progress reporting and planning insight to support key project decisions.
