We are looking for an enthusiastic IP Administrator to join our Halifax office. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your IP experience, within a supportive and knowledgeable team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare forms for filing patent applications, ensuring excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare and file supporting documentation at various Patent Offices, using relevant online systems where required.
- Prepare documents and correspondence for clients and overseas agents, with technically challenging content.
- Create and process invoices, including complex invoices.
- Review and action workflow correspondence, prioritising urgent deadlines.
- Work collaboratively across teams, undertaking a variety of tasks as required.
Skills Knowledge, and Expertise
- Strong administration skills with a process-driven, detail orientated approach.
- Experience in IP Administration/Formalities advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to produce high-quality work efficiently and to strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
